We cover a 15 mile radius from Southampton. We do cover further afield. however anything over 15 miles will be charged at a rate of 50p per mile. Please contact us for more information.
To secure your booking we require a deposit. This is fully refundable after your equipment has been returned to us. The full amount of your booking is required 2 weeks prior to your event. The method of payment will be a bank transfer to our business account, details of which will be included in your booking confirmation e mail. Alternatively you can also pay via Paypal on the Deposit Payment page.
We do offer per hour prices if you would like more than 3/ 4 hours. The price is dependant upon the package you have selected. Please contact us for more information.
Absolutely! We appreciate that some events do not require multiple items so we offer individual hiring of each of our props. Our price list is published on our Props & Equipment page.
We have public liability insurance to cover the services our business offers. Terms and Conditions for the use of our equipment will be sent to you once a booking is received which must be signed by the customer before delivery of equipment can be made. We do however advise our customers to take out their own insurance.
The package cost includes use of the equipment (as listed in your booking confirmation form), full set up, delivery, collection and insurance.
We are more than happy to set up a video call to discuss your event in more detail. This is a free, no obligation service and is helpful if you would like to discuss themes, prior events, space and any other questions you may have.
After each use of our equipment every item is cleaned and sanitised. We use chemical free products which are highly effective. Whilst we appreciate our props will be used, we do expect everyone to follow our rules of use which includes no food, drink or face paint near our play equipment.
Some of the items we hire out are not able to be used in certain weather conditions (winds, rain etc) but this is generally only applicable to bouncy castles. The majority of our equipment can be used inside or outside and under cover should rain fall on the day of your event. It is England so we always recommend a plan b!
Yes there are. If you are hiring a bouncy castle for use outside we must be able to anchor the castle into the ground. This cannot be on artificial grass or concrete. The ground must also be fairly flat. Wind speeds will need to be under 20mph.
For inside, we need to ensure the height allows for our bouncy castle.
Our diaries run 24 months in advance. Because our events include everything from weddings to christenings, birthdays to baby showers we are busy throughout the year so recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
